The products ordered in our online store www.irbis.si are shipped in the shortest possible time. For the fastest possible delivery we use contractual delivery services and also our own delivery vehicles for larger orders. You can expect your goods delivered by Pošta Slovenije the next working day, orders, delivered in Slovenia. If you are not at the given address at the time of delivery, the courier will inform you about the shipment so that you can arrange repeated delivery of the package or its takeover.
Redirect the shipment and ensure faster delivery!
Our contractual partners deliver the ordered goods in the morning to the address entered when placing the order. Until the order is finally confirmed and shipped, you may notify us by email or phone if you want the delivery to another address. You may choose delivery to any other name or address. For example, to your workplace. In case that at the time of delivery you are not present at the address entered at placing the order, the courier will contact you, so please enter also your contact phone number at registration.
Cost of delivery to foreign countries
We deliver our goods also to other countries, members of the European Union. We ship orders abroad only after a pre-paid invoice, including delivery costs. Delivery of goods is charged according to the valid price list of the contractual partners: Price list
Takeover of ordered goods
We also enable you to takeover your ordered goods in our warehouse, at the company headquarters in Ilirska Bistrica (Vilharjeva cesta 40). In this case you may save on shipping costs and supplement your knowledge of our products at our consultants.
If the product is not in stock, we will inform you about the estimated delivery time.
IRBIS d.o.o. reserves the right to divide the order into several smaller shipments due to different delivery times of products in the order. In this case the ordered products will be delivered individually in several shipments. At partial delivery your order will be divided into several shipments. The products that are in stock will be shipped immediately and the rest of the products later, when available.

Methods of payment
Regardless of the chosen method of payment for ordered goods you will receive the invoice for the purchase of products to your e-mail address and in the physical form immediately after receipt of the package.

The system allows you to pay with credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express). If you are already a PayPal user, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are not a registered PayPal user yet, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
If you choose to pay by card online when placing the order, you shall pay attention to the data entry, follow all the steps and complete the payment. When the order is completed, you will be redirected to the PayPal platform where you need to enter your card details.
Which data will you have to enter?

After successful data entry you will be redirected to your bank site. A continuation of the payment procedure differs according to the bank services provider or the card issuer. You receive the security code through various channels (sms, portable device etc.). In case that a security code is not transmitted to you, please contact your bank services provider or card issuer. After successful payment, the transaction is visible in your bank statement.
When paying with a credit card online, you shall notify us to our e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund in case of order cancellation or change of payment method by the user.
Advance payment (to our bank account)
Advance payment is done by transfer to the bank account of IRBIS d.o.o. on the basis of offer/proforma invoice that you receive to your e-mail address. After payment receipt according to offer/proforma invoice the ordered goods are prepared for shipment. In case of payment to the bank account the process of shipping and delivery of ordered goods can be extended by 1-2 working days.
